The festival takes place at the top of the Pierrafort ski lift during the day and in Bourg Morel on the P8 car park and the sledge slope (for the two main stages).
Valmorel is the first winter sport resort when you arrive in the valley of la Tarentaise. It is the fastest accessible resort and therefore ideal for a short stay in the mountains or during a festival.

By train, it is possible to arrive by TGV directly to Moûtiers (from Paris in particular). Regular bus lines (T2 bus: Moûtiers – Valmorel) will allow you to reach the station. You will be able to consult the schedules here. Be careful, they are just a few busses at the end of the season, make sure to check the schedule before booking your train.
If you plan to come by car, you arrive by the A43 towards Chambéry, then the A430 towards Albertville. Continue on the N90 along the Isère to take the « Rue de la Cassine / D990A » exit. Continue on the D990 to Aigueblanche and turn right onto the D94. Turn left on the D95 at the next roundabout. Stay on this road for 12km to get to Valmorel resort.
The arrival from Moûtiers is via the N90, exit 38 to Aigueblanche then turn left on the D990 for 150 meters, and left on the D94. Turn left on the D95 at the next roundabout. Stay on this road for 12km to get to Valmorel station.

A lot of direct flights land at Geneva Airport which is only two hours away from Valmorel. Departure cities: Porto, Brussels, Nice, Barcelona, Madrid, Zurich, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Edinburgh and Manchester.
